Lyndal Bayles

Accredited Practising Dieitian B.Sc (Hons) PhD GCert (Human Nut) MDiet

Lyndal became a dietitian because she wanted to help people understand how to eat well and improve their health in a world where food choices and nutrition messages are increasingly complex.

She can assist her clients with education and meal ideas to improve heart health and prevent the development of conditions such as diabetes. She also has a keen interest in the nutritional management of chronic diseases, gut health (including irritable bowel syndrome), food allergies/intolerances, and pediatrics (fussy eating and infant feeding).

Lyndal holds casual academic appointments at both Deakin University and Swinburne University, contributing to nutrition education and research programs. Outside of work, Lyndal enjoys sunrise walks with her dog Bronte and sharing delicious food with family and friends.

Lyndal consults on Mondays between 9 am and 2 pm.  She also conducts Telehealth appointments on request.
